West Palm Beach's Trusted Fingerprinting Resource for All Needs

Fingerprinting requirements vary significantly by agency, profession, and purpose — what a healthcare worker needs for AHCA differs from what a teacher needs for the Florida Department of Education, and what an immigrant needs for USCIS differs from what a contractor needs for a state license. Our West Palm Beach fingerprinting center knows the specific requirements for each submission type and ensures your prints are captured and submitted correctly the first time.

We serve individuals and employers throughout West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, and all of Palm Beach County. Mobile fingerprinting is available for employers, schools, healthcare facilities, and organizations needing group fingerprinting throughout Palm Beach County.

Fingerprinting FAQs — West Palm Beach & Palm Beach County

Walk-ins are welcome at our West Palm Beach fingerprinting location. Appointments are also available and recommended for busy times. For mobile and group fingerprinting, advance scheduling is required.

A current, valid government-issued photo ID is required — such as a Florida driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID. The ID must not be expired.

The fingerprinting session itself takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Electronic submission to the Florida agency is typically completed the same day.

Live Scan captures fingerprints electronically and transmits them digitally to the requesting agency. Ink fingerprinting captures prints on a physical card (typically FBI Form FD-258) that is submitted by mail. Some agencies accept only one format — our West Palm Beach team advises which is required for your specific submission.
